PHILOSOPHICAL DISPOSITION
Perfection is a state of mind.
Mindfulness is the secret of life
Expect nothing, be ready for anything
Trust and live in your heart
Everyday be ready for death

THEORETICAL FOCUS
I am an eclectic, front–line therapist
utilizing whatever approach the situation
calls for: confrontation, meditation,
philosophical inquiry, bibliotherapy and
one-on-one consultation. My primary focus
of interest is the integration of altered states
of consciousness resulting in clarity and
personal empowerment, and the ageing-death
experience. My role-model teachers are
Socrates, Osho, Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan
and the Buddha.
