Byron (Ron) Nahser is President
and CEO of THE NAHSER AGENCY/Advertising a full service
advertising agency, head quartered in Chicago. It was
founded by Frank C. Nahser in 1939. (Frank Nahser, Ron's
Grandfather, founded Globe Engraving & Electrotype
Co. in 1889 which is the precursor of the present firm.)
Ron holds a B.A. degree from Notre Dame University, an
M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate
School of Management, an M.A. in Religious Studies from
Mundelein College, and a Doctorate in Philosophy from
De Paul University concentrating on American Business
Philosophy.
Dr. Nahser lectures extensively in the United States
and abroad on the subject of business values, ethics,
purpose, and responsibilities before business and academic
audiences. He is currently a member of the Boards of several
business ethics institutes. He is also a faculty member
of Common Ground, an adult education center for inter-faith
study and dialogue.
In addition to lecturing regularly at universities in
the States, he has lectured at Yokohama National University
in Japan, and Cambridge and Oxford Universities. England,
and was Visiting Writer at Worcester College, Oxford,
during the summer of 1995.
In 1988, Mr. Nahser spent three months in Asia focusing
on business practices in Hong Kong, China and Japan.

corporations as well as small, entrepreneurial - particularly
family and closely held -- companies in broadly diversified
industries. The Nahser Agency has focused on business
strategy and its impact on branding and communications.
