Dana is an adjunct instuctor at the University
of Texas and a change agent. Working within political
parties and interest groups, he proposes adding new school
and local employees to Social Security. The seminar he
facilitates helps people from all walks of life to better
understand the philosophy of U.S. Social Security.
Seminar participants examine the roots of
Social Security, Social Security over time, Social Security
and retirement plans, socio-economic changes and intelligent
aging. Instructional materials and power point presentation
media are designed to encourage original thinking. The
adult learniner is made to feel comfortable and secure
in creating and expressing new ideas.
