Curriculum:
Graduate in Economy for the University of
Brasília (UnB), Specialist in Financial Administration
(FEA/USP) and in Total Quality Management (Foundation
Carlos Alberto Vanzolini - POLI/USP and Foundation Christiano
Otoni. UFMG, in Brazil, and JUSE/AOTS, in Japan).
Retired for the Federal Public Service he accumulates
more than 40 years of experience in the business way -
30 years in the private organizations.
In the period from 1984 to 1994, acting the Federal Government
close to, he was coordinating of articulation and member
of the team that elaborated the Brazilian
Program of the Quality and Productivity (PBQP),
started in November of 1991, and manager of other important
projects of national inclusion.
In the period from 1994 to 2001, he was Consultant/Senior
Instructor of Danton Velloso
and Consultants Associated, and Coordinator
of the Regional Nucleus of Training of the Chevrolet
Dealers of the states of GO, MT, RO, AC, AM, RR,
AP, PA, MA, PI, TO, DF and a part of MG.
He is publishing of the books “Total
Quality in the Public Service", only on the
subject written by Brazilian author, "Organizational
Reengineering", and "The
7 statistical tools for the Quality Control",
only writing in the cartoon format. Author of the primer
"ALCOHOLISM AND DRUGS: The
Chemical Dependence in the Work Atmosphere" and of
the project "Wisdom Age Paradise",
destined to the hospitality, studies, leisure and recreation
of high level, for larger people 50 years old.
In the last ten years he has been dedicated to the development
and improvement of the training project and consultancy
denominated "ME, Unique Organization
Limitless", whose bases are sustained in the
understanding that every Human being has a Philosophy
of Life that determines all and any action along his/her
existence.
As Senior Consultant/Instructor he has been accomplished,
starting from 2002, consultancies, lectures, seminars
and courses for public and private organizations, in the
area of Human Development,
emphasis in Philosophy of Life,
Personal Quality, Formation
of Leaderships, Development
of Teams and Human Relationship.
Now he is Certified Affiliate and
Associate of the Association, like Client
Counseling, by APPA
- American Philosophical Practitioners Association; Operational
Director, in Federal District, of the National Association
of the Consumers of Credit - ANDEC;
And Manager of Businesses and Senior Consultant/Instructor
of C & P - Venture, Consultancy
and Training Ltd., answering for the training and consultancy
areas.
Curiosities:
As student leader founded in the year of
1968, the Center of Philosophical
Studies of Brasília - CEFIBRA, of which
is still President? Such fact yielded him 13 years of
permanence in the file of the repression maintained by
the military government.
As university student had, for short season, as colleague
the only Brazilian President impeached (Fernando Collor
de Melo) and, during the whole academic cycle of the course
of Economy, the last airplane kidnapper in the country
(Joel Siqueira).
Only professional Latin-American that has participation
in the published international book, in teacher's Kaoru
Ishikawa memory, the most important Japanese specialist
in Total Quality Control.
